At Manadena, there is a comprehensive bylaw for Barter, based on which, and to facilitate the payment of contract amounts for employers, the possibility of offset (even 100%) is provided. In this plan, the ongoing costs of project implementation are covered by the company itself.

The process that must be followed:

1- Comprehensive credit check of the employer based on Manadena’s Barter regulations

2- The stage of determining the details of the project including inspection, collection, initial design, finalizing the design and materials with the employer and determining the volume in riyals

3- Signing a project contract with Manadena

4- Comprehensive review of the subject of Barter (property or proposed asset) based on Manadena’s Barter regulations

5- Signing a memorandum of understanding on the subject of Barter
Each of the above headings has many implementation details that protect the employer and Manadena to a large extent against possible risks.
